Fiat unveiled its FCC2 concept. It is the ultimate defintion of a minimalistic auto design. Peter Fassbender is the director of the project which used nanotechnology to build the concept. It is somewhat an interpretation of a dune buggy. They hoped to design a car which would link the car to nature in essence. The hood got its form from an inspiration of a bird of prey. They designed a thin slice of glass in front of the passenger compartment so that the rider can feel the wind breeze through their faces. Mechanical elements were exposed so that the main structure would contrast the floating body panels which in actuality, serves as a cooler for the electric power plant that are mounted in the front and back.
