The 2008 GMC Yukon Hybrid is the world’s first two-mode hybrid propulsion system in an SUV, with up to 50% better fuel economy than the average, full-sized SUV. It runs on a VORTEC 6.0L V-8 engine and has a tailor rating of 6200 lbs. The Yukon Hybrid is available in the short wheelbase model only. It has leather-appointed front bucket and second row seats, a navigation radio, automatic tri-zone air conditioning, front and side impact airbags, 18-inch aluminum wheels, and premium performance Bose Audio. Optional features include 3rd front row seats, sun roof, and DVD rear seat entertainment system.
